We're currently accepting out of state permit sales online in addition to a local retailer. If you are a Kentucky Resident, you must purchase your permit at a local retailer.

2 adults and 2 youth. You will complete this form below 4 times.

Use youth information and Adult/Guardian will initial/sign for their permit.

You will receive your machine sticker and wallet card via mail in 7-10 business days. If you need your permit sooner, we suggest buying from a local retailer.
